The restaurant, in the splendor of Vietnam's former imperial court, has the capacity to seat 150 customers. The serving staff are dressed in traditional Ao Dai and serve specialities from Southern, Central and Northern Vietnam, while singers and dancers recreate the vibrant atmosphere of the court, held nightly from 07:30 p.m. to 09:00 p.m. The underlying theme of the decors of the restaurant is a perfect union between exotic Vietnamese gastronomy and sophisticated royal architecture.
