Executive Rooms on the 15th-17th floors offer complimentary breakfast at the Executive Lounge, cocktails and speedy check-in/check-out. Extensive business services include spacious PC workstations, full secretarial support, meeting rooms, Internet, courier, daily newspapers and complimentary coffee and tea.

Within the hotel are 4 restaurants, a Lobby Lounge, a pool bar, a nightclub, a delicatessen shop and sky lounge with breathtaking views.
Cafe Promenade serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. A variety of pastas and authentic Italian favourites are offered at La Paix. Silk Road serves Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine in a traditional and cosy setting with an all-you-can-eat lunch and weekend Dim Sum specials are among its specialties.
The Palm Court affords a relaxed and casual lobby lounge setting with piano music in the evening. Club Q, on the other hand, features a long bar, video screens, game room, 5 karaoke rooms and a high-energy dance floor. The Lake View Sky Lounge, open for all, also serves lunch and dinner in a private, luxurious and elegant atmosphere. Edo provides cosy private rooms, a spectacular Sushi Bar andTeppanyaki Tables. Finally, the Poolside Bar serves light and healthy meals al fresco style.

The hotel Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 800 guests for receptions, 400 people for banquets and is further divisible into 4 sections with no obstructing pillars.
